Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HagStone, provided by Indrevo (ABN 21 979 134 918), New South Wales, Australia. By using HagStone you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & parental authority

• You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child on whose device HagStone is installed.
• You confirm you have the legal authority to make decisions about that device and that child’s safety, and that you will inform the child that monitoring is active.
• You may not use HagStone to monitor any person aged 18 or over. Doing so may be a criminal offence in your jurisdiction.

2. What HagStone is

HagStone detects signs of predatory contact directed at a monitored child and alerts the guardian. Detection runs on-device. AI detection is not infallible and may produce false positives or miss genuine threats. HagStone is a tool to assist a guardian; it is not a substitute for parental supervision, professional advice, or law enforcement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it to monitor adults or anyone you lack authority over; reverse-engineering or interfering with the Service; or using it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for how you act on information the Service surfaces.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will detect every threat or be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indrevo and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, any conduct or content of any third party, or unauthorised access to your content. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Australian dollars (AUD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Indrevo and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party right or any law; or claims arising from your monitoring activity. This obligation survives termination.

7. Subscriptions & payments

HagStone is in pre-launch. When paid plans become available, pricing, billing cycles, renewals and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in HagStone, including its name, logo, and software, belongs to Indrevo. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Cooperation with authorities

HagStone supports lawful reporting of suspected child exploitation to the appropriate authorities at your direction. We may cooperate with law enforcement as required or permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation before commencing proceedings. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in effect.
