Ancient protection · Modern threats

Catch it in week one. Not month six.

Online grooming is slow, quiet, and easy to miss. HagStone watches for the warning signs on your child's device and alerts you early — so you can step in while it's still just a message.

Launching soon on Android. Join the early-access list below.

It never starts with anything scary

That's exactly what makes grooming so hard to spot. By the time anything alarming happens, the trust was built weeks earlier. Here's the pattern parents miss:

A new online "friend" who gets close fast and shares all the same interests.

The chat quietly moves to another app — away from where you can see it.

"Don't tell your mum, she'll overreact." Secrecy is the whole tactic.

Flattery, gifts, game credits — small steps that build obligation.

How HagStone works

Simple for you. Serious underneath.

Step 1

Set it up together

You install HagStone on your child's device, openly — they know it's there. Consent and transparency are built in.

Step 2

It watches for the signs

On-device detection scans messages, calls and location for grooming and predatory patterns — the analysis happens on the phone, not on a server.

Step 3

You get alerted early

The moment something matters, you're notified — with a tamper-evident record you can hand to the authorities if you ever need to.

The promise that matters most

Even we can't read your child's messages

Everything is encrypted on your device with a key only your family holds. Not us. Not a hacker. Not anyone.

  • ✓ Encrypted on-device — we only ever hold unreadable data
  • ✓ No ads, no data selling — ever
  • ✓ Delete everything — anytime, in a tap

Questions parents ask

Will my child know it's there?
Yes — and that's the point. HagStone is installed openly, with your child's knowledge. It's a safety tool, not spyware. Being transparent is what keeps it on the right side of the law and of your child's trust.
Is this legal?
A parent or guardian monitoring their own minor child's device, with the child aware of it, is lawful in the places we're launching. HagStone is built around consent and transparency by design. (This isn't legal advice — laws vary, and we take that seriously.)
Can you read my child's messages?
No. Evidence is encrypted on your device with a key only your family holds. We only ever store unreadable data. If you lose your recovery phrase, not even we can recover it — that's the trade-off for real privacy.
Why isn't it on the Google Play Store?
Google's rules don't allow an app on the Play Store to read a child's messages — even to protect them. To genuinely protect your child, HagStone is installed directly from us. It takes about three minutes and we walk you through every step.
When does it launch?
